A women’s circle for deeper connection…

Full Circle is a place to be real, to be raw, to connect deeply — with yourself, and with women you may have never spoken to before. We begin in self-awareness, move into sharing, and land in witnessing one another. A reminder that we are not alone, and that deep belonging often shows up in the most unexpected connections.

Who is this for?

This circle is for women who feel the pull toward something more — a quieter, truer version of connection than everyday life tends to offer. You don't need experience with circles, meditation, or "this kind of thing." Just a willingness to show up as you are, and a curiosity about what might open up when you do.

What to Expect

We open with a short meditation and body awareness practice to help everyone arrive and settle in. From there, we'll name what this circle is (and isn't) and set the container together, followed by a round of introductions. The heart of our time together is one to three thoughtful prompts, with space for each woman to share and be witnessed. After an hour of circle time, we'll close and move into 30 minutes of open connection — a chance to talk one-on-one or in small groups or explore some simple connection games.

Location: Black Iron Coffee Roasters - Howell, Mi

119 W Grand River Ave, Howell, MI 48843

We'll have the space to ourselves after hours, with a barista on staff to make and serve drinks — grab a coffee, tea, or other beverage before we begin or during our connection time at the end. (Beverage cost is separate from the event price, ordered and paid for individually.)

Joy Dettling

Ignite Life

Joy is the founder of Ignite Life, where she supports people in their healing and growth journeys. She has been guiding people through various healing modalities since 2018, and has spent the last three years focused specifically on her signature Deep Release work — the release of somatic, emotional and energetic blockages that invisibly keep people stuck. While Joy is used to working with a wide range of issues, she most commonly supports individuals with anxiety, grief and trauma-related issues.

Her path here began with her own journey — a season of deep self-exploration and healing sparked by health issues that asked her to look inward in ways she hadn't before. In the years since, she's cultivated her own intuition and energetic awareness, and the question that guides her work has stayed constant: how can she help others most effectively with what she's gained along the way?

Full Circle grew out of a simple observation: people are hungry for real connection but rarely given the space to practice it. This circle is Joy's invitation to build that space — not another self-improvement project, but a room where women can be witnessed exactly as they are.

Deanna Swan

Deanna holds a Master's degree in Social Work and spent 11 years as a clinical therapist, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. She carries a deep admiration for the whole of the human being — not just the parts that are struggling, but the full, complex person underneath — and finds joy in creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered.

She's the founder of New Season Coaching, where she guides people through life's hardest transitions, helping them reframe what looks like an ending as an opportunity to reinvent themselves and live more fully. A continued student of her own craft, she specializes in experiential therapy — using props and somatic experience to move people through roadblocks that talk alone can't reach.

Deanna recently facilitated Wild Women workshops, exploring the messages women receive from society that limit their dreams, voices, and sense of possibility. She's passionate about encouraging women to challenge those messages, embrace their strengths, and give themselves permission to dream big — and is honored to help co-create this space.
