In these sessions, the work unfolds through presence rather than technique. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance or know exactly what you want to work on.

Simply arriving as you are allows old patterns to soften and new clarity to emerge—often in ways that feel subtle, immediate, and deeply settling.

Sessions are responsive and unique to each person. There is no set agenda and no requirement to talk through your history unless it feels supportive to do so.
